Once you fill out the form below, you will get a chance to book a discovery call! We will connect to determine if we are the best fit for one another
Initial 2-Hour Consultation
After we decide to move forward, we will book a paid 2-hour consultation to discuss your wishlist, budget, and vision for your space. This is where we really get to know each other and we dive deep into how we can transform your space into a functioning and beautiful space.
Letter of Agreement Signing
With an understanding of your project scope and budget determined, we will create a customized Letter of Agreement for your specific project. Once this legal document is signed and a retainer is submitted, we begin the planning phase for your project.
Planning Phase
This is where our team goes to the drawing board and begins creating an initial concept design. We will then meet once again to determine which direction to take this project from our concept designs. You will be presented with rough floor plans, layouts, elevations, ang lighting plans with a concept board to accompany each design.
Design Presentation
Our team will create your final design presentation with fabric swatch, drawings, elevations, 3D renderings, and finish samples for all selections. Larger projects could require multiple design phases. After presenting, we will go through a round of fine tuning the design to ensure you are happy with the design plan!
Implementation
As all items are approved by you, payments made, we will begin processing these orders. We work hand in hand with the contractor to ensure a smooth execution, paying attention to all details of the design plan. We take the renovation stress out of your process and handle all the decision making, problem solving while you enjoy watching the process to a grand transformation.
Finishing Touches
After construction is complete, the fixtures and furnishings installed, we will source the final touches and accessorize your space with wall art, plants, table decor, and much more to complete the final transformation of your home. Finally, we will ask you to allow us a day to photograph your home for our portfolio and publications.
